Buying sanitaryware in bulk: what to check before you order
For contractors and developers fitting out multiple units, a few checks upfront prevent expensive returns later.
Confirm the rough-in dimensions
Toilets come in different trap distances (P-trap vs S-trap). Confirm your plumbing layout before ordering, especially for apartment blocks where all units must match.
Match tap hole counts
Countertop and wall-hung basins come with zero, one or two tap holes. Make sure your basin and mixer selections match.
Standardise per unit type
Using the same basin, toilet and mixer across identical units simplifies installation, maintenance and future replacements.
Order spares
Keep 1-2 spare units of each fitting per project. Cistern lids and seats are the most commonly damaged parts during fit-out.
Send us your unit schedule on WhatsApp or through the quote list and we will confirm compatibility and bulk pricing.
